The History of Brood Mare House:

“Brood Mare House is a beautiful brick built property named
after 14 brood mares which were stabled at Papplewick with
the hope of them being future race horses.”

Brood Mare House has a front entrance which leads into a spacious hallway.
From there is access to the generously sized open plan living room which has a log burning fire as well as external bi-folding doors on to the garden. It also has an open plan kitchen / diner with granite worktops, bespoke kitchen design and a separate utility which leads out to the back garden. The ground floor also benefits from having a W.C

There are three double bedrooms to the first floor – the master having an ensuite and fitted wardrobes as standard. Also on the first floor is a family bathroom and airing cupboard.
On the second floor there is another two double bedrooms with light and bright dormer windows and a shared en-suite.
Brood Mare House is a beautiful brick built design and has a separate garage and private driveway.
