The History of Colladon Cottage:

“Colladon Cottage is a stunning brick built property which is
named after Sir Theodore Colladon who bought Papplewick
the early 18th Century.”

Colladon Cottage has a front entrance which leads into a spacious hallway.

From here there is access to the generously sized living room which has its own log burner – perfect for cool evenings or the winter months and an open plan kitchen / diner with granite worktops, bespoke kitchen design with separate utility which leads out to the back garden.

There are three double bedrooms to the first floor – the master having an ensuite and fitted wardrobes as standard. Also on the first floor is a family bathroom and airing cupboard.
On the second floor there is another two double bedrooms with light and bright dormer windows and a shared en-suite.
Colladon Cottage is a beautiful brick design and has a separate garage and private driveway.
