The History of The Old Peter:

“The Old Peter is a beautiful brick built property named after
the beloved tree located in Papplewick in the 1880s that the
villages sat round to chat about daily affairs.”

The Old Peter has a front entrance which leads into a spacious hallway. From here there is access to the generously sized study and living room which has a gas fire – as well as internal bi-folding doors and external bi-folding doors on to the garden overlooking the River Leen. It also has an open plan kitchen /
diner with granite worktops, bespoke kitchen design and bi-folds leading out on to the garden. It also has a separate utility which leads out to the back garden. The ground floor also benefits from having a W.C

There are three double bedrooms to the first floor – the master benefits from having its own en-suite. Also on the first floor is a family bathroom and airing cupboard.
The Old Peter is a beautiful brick built design and has a separate garage and private driveway.
