The History of The Plantations:

“The Plantations is a stunning brick built property
overlooking the River Leen which is named after the six
plantations built to commemorate the naval commanders by
Frederick Montagu in Papplewick.”

The Plantations has a front entrance which leads into a spacious hallway.
From here there is access to the generously sized living room which has its own log burner – perfect for cool evenings or the winter months as well as bifolding doors on to the garden overlooking the River Leen. It also has an open plan kitchen / diner with granite worktops, bespoke kitchen design with
separate utility which leads out to the back garden. The ground floor also benefits from having a W.C

There are three double bedrooms to the first floor – the master having an ensuite and room for a dressing room area. Also on the first floor is a family bathroom and airing cupboard.
On the second floor there is another two double bedrooms with light and bright dormer windows and a shared en-suite.
The Plantations is a beautiful brick design and has a separate garage and private driveway.
